• Payment information — payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and NowPayments. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We retain transaction records (amount, date, status) for purchase history and dispute resolution.
• Usage data — videos watched, watch progress, favorites, and content purchased. This is used to deliver your purchased content and improve the service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you access the site. This data is used for security and fraud prevention.
• Communications — messages you send via the contact form or support email.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process payments and deliver purchased content.
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account notices).
• To respond to support requests.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your personal data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following service providers solely to operate the platform. Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law:

• Supabase — authentication, database hosting (user profiles, purchase records, watch history).
• Stripe — card payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. See stripe.com/privacy.
• NowPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (purchase receipts, account notifications).
• Cloudflare R2 — media file storage (videos, images, GIFs). Files are served via signed URLs that expire and are not publicly accessible.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use the following technologies to operate the site:

• Session cookies — set by Supabase to maintain your authenticated session. These are essential for the site to function.
• Age verification (localStorage) — a flag stored in your browser's localStorage recording that you confirmed you are 18 or older. This expires after 12 hours.
• Cookie consent (localStorage) — records your acknowledgement of this cookie policy.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected. You can update your display name and email via your Dashboard.
• Deletion (Right to Erasure) — request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Email support@onlyfutanaris.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will process requests within 30 days. Note that we may retain certain transaction records as required by law.
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection / Restriction — object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.
• California residents (CCPA) — you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Retention

• Account data — retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
• Purchase records — retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
• Watch history and favorites — retained while your account is active. Deleted with your account.
• Support communications — retained for up to 2 years.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@onlyfutanaris.com so we can delete it promptly.

8. Data Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed and expiring media URLs, Row Level Security on our database, and restricted access to production credentials. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes we will notify registered users by email.
